Camilla joined MHC’s Shared Services team in 2013. As Chief Operating Officer, she heads up our Shared Services functions of Legal, Operations and HR. She is also a qualified solicitor specialising in corporate and commercial law, with strong expertise in commercial contracts, IT law, outsourcing/insourcing, global supply chain management, cross border transaction and employment matters.

Camilla’s contribution to MHC has recently been recognised by her being featured in the ‘Women in FinTech 2017 Powerlist’ by the membership foundation Innovate Finance. Furthermore, in 2018 she was shortlisted as ‘Business Leader of the Year’ in the Women in IT Awards.

Camilla started her career within financial services at Law Debenture Trust Corporation working as a corporate trustee focusing on capital markets and corporate finance based in both London and New York. Camilla then trained and qualified as a solicitor at the leading international French firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP, where she specialised in corporate and banking & finance law, spending time working in London and Hong Kong with an array of the Gide’s top institutional banking clients.  Camilla also serves as MHC’s company secretary and holds a number of internal compliance related positions.
