- MHC understood very quickly the type of consultant we needed and were out in the market immediately, securing a great candidate within 72 hours. They then created a relationship with the Bank within which there was no hesitation about keeping their consultant well beyond the original contracted schedule. MHC were able to put a very high quality individual into the Bank, who stayed with the programme for almost 2 years. Since this project, I have asked MHC to come in and present a proposal on a different project. They understand their market and can get great people together quickly. I would use them again.Tier 1 BankGlobal Technology Director
- MHC understood our requirement to the letter and were able to provide excellent resources. They were quick to flex the arrangements to our needs and provided top notch personnel at very short notice. What stood out as the key benefit was MHC's total understanding of the type of people we needed for our requirements. I would recommend MHC because of the significant saving compared to other providers/consultants, they are fast to respond and fulfil changing needs and they are professional but approachable/responsive.Tier 1 BankProgramme Manager
- MHC had strong understanding of our requirements and the ability to deliver the right people at the right time. MHC sourced excellent calibre and diverse staff and continued to do so at short notice as the initial team expanded. The staff provided were able to blend into the team and many of our internal colleagues were surprised to know the individuals were not the Bank's own staff. In addition to the excellent staff provided, the MHC team were very easy to do business with. The whole process, from sourcing, to invoicing worked smoothly. The staff provided could not have been better for this project. I would not hesitate in recommending MHC to others.Tier 1 BankTeam Leader
- The MHC team have brought an unparalled level of expertise to the programme and are forcing our internal FTEs to up their game, which is great to see!Tier 1 BankProgramme Director

Our Core Values
Our charity work
We encourage staff to support charities close to their hearts and our company and colleagues will always aim to help out with fundraising and an array of other activities.
For many seriously ill babies and children, research is their only hope. That is why MHC actively supports our chosen charity of Sparks and encourages staff to take part in a whole host of activities to raise money for our company charity.
Sparks’ mission is to raise money for child health research projects across the UK, which are funded through a joint programme with GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital) Charity. Together, GOSH Charity and Sparks fund more pioneering research to find new ways to diagnose, treat and cure childhood diseases.
